Feature description
Lahtela is equipped with electricity, running water (hot&cold), fireplace, television. Aapola has an indoor sauna and a separate outdoor sauna. Both of the saunas are equipped with traditional woodburning stoves. All the firewood is included and more can be found from the woodshed.
Bedclothes can be found from the cottage. You can use your own bedlinen, or rent a set from Okkola’s.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare and cook the food you want during your stay. The kitchen includes an electric stove & -oven, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, an electric water boiler, tableware, cookware and basic cooking utensils.

The garden area surrounding Lahtela is flat and child-friendly. There’s a fire pit and a terrace with a 6-piece dinette at the yard.

Activities description
The archipelago of Puumala is a perfect place to enjoy the peace of nature. The woodland surroundings of the cottage offer great opportunities to berry-picking and mushrooming. You can as well use a private rowing boat to enjoy lake Saimaa. All guests also have free access to four “kota” -barbecue huts in the area.
